EARTHCHAT: Greater Gliders guard the forest!

In a landmark ruling, injunctions have been placed on VicForests to prevent them logging where there are Greater Gliders present, and also where they have not yet surveyed adequately for their presence.

Our guest Paul Macgregor will explain what has led to this, and what is hoped will be achieved to protect and sustain our precious native forests.

Hosts David and Peter will then continue with a look at the recent ABC investigative reports into VicForests, the Office of the Conservation Regulator (OCR) and the blatant and ongoing breaches of logging regulations.
