Victorian anti-protest laws are draconian and grossly inappropriate given the climate emergency humanity has got itself into.

This week David chats with Chris Schuringa at the Victorian Forest Alliance and Brian Walters who was previously a prominent Melbourne QC and who, amongst many other things, was at the Franklin Blockade, the protest against the damming of the Franklin River in 1982.

Why have these laws been enacted? Why are they draconian and grossly inappropriate?
